Beryl Chen

Beryl Chen is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. She majors in Health and Societies with a concentration in Health Policy and Law. She also has a minor in Computer Science. Beryl is interested in the spillover effects of health policy implementations on health outcomes and is currently working to examine the relationship between early Medicaid expansions and drug overdose mortality.
