Sasmira Matta, PhD

Sasmira is an Assistant Professor at Florida State University (FSU) in the College of Business. Her research is motivated by the notion that improving management can make people healthy. In doing so, she explores topics related to governance, workforce, and feedback within health care organizations. Prior to FSU, she received her PhD from The Wharton School and her BA/BS from Johns Hopkins University.
